Payment Terms
Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website. All payment information is encrypted and secure.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from KAIA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Our return policy allows for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Return Conditions:
